We are expanding our network with draftspersons, architects, and engineers to support an increasing volume of project work.

If you can deliver clean, accurate drawings and communicate effectively, we’re looking to bring you into the network.

Our model is project-based and scalable, with opportunities released as new work comes online.

At Structhaven, we operate on output, not hours.

Whether you’re an experienced drafter or developing your skillset, the expectation is simple — deliver accurate, high-quality work to the required standard.

You’ll have full flexibility over when and where you work, with structured check-ins in place to maintain clear communication and project alignment.
You are responsible for managing your own schedule and meeting agreed timeframes.

Our workflow is project-based, making it well suited to those looking for:

• Flexible, remote work without fixed office requirements

• Gain hands-on experience across live projects

We are also open to onboarding entry-level candidates who demonstrate the right attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn, with support provided to bring them up to standard.

Capability Requirements

• Proficiency in drafting/design software (AutoCAD, Inventor, or equivalent)

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail across all deliverables

• Clear, reliable communication and strong accountability

• Practical problem-solving ability within project constraints

• Consistent delivery to deadlines with high-quality output
